  • Review your design and add it to your cart.
  • Complete the checkout process with your preferred payment method.

3. Can I upload my own design?
Yes! You can upload your own images, logos, or artwork to personalize your order. Ensure the design meets the file format and size requirements stated on the product page.


4. What file formats do you accept for custom designs?
We accept high-resolution files in PNG, JPEG, and PDF formats. For best results, ensure your file has a resolution of at least 300 DPI.


5. Can I preview my design before placing the order?
Yes, our design tool allows you to preview your product to ensure everything looks perfect before checkout.


6. How long does it take to receive my order?

  • Production time: 2-5 business days after your order is placed.
  • Shipping time: 5-7 business days for standard shipping, depending on your location.

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.


7. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to select countries. Check our shipping policy at checkout for more information.


8. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, production begins, and cancellation may not be possible.


9. What is your refund policy?
We offer refunds for defective or damaged items and production errors. Personalized products cannot be refunded unless there is an issue caused by us. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.


14. Can I return a custom product?
Custom products are non-returnable unless there is a defect or error on our part. Please review your design carefully before placing your order.
