Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays, which are beyond our control.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method, destination, and total weight of your order. Promotions or free shipping offers, if available, will be applied automatically.
4. International Shipping
We currently offer shipping to select countries. International shipping times and costs vary by destination and customs processing. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
6. Address Changes

7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Magic Print is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing, contact the carrier directly or email us at support@magicprint.us for assistance.
8. Delayed Shipping
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If your package is significantly delayed, contact us for support.
9. Package Damaged in Transit
If your package arrives damaged, please email us at support@magicprint.us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the damaged item and packaging, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
10. Split Shipments
For orders containing multiple items, products may ship separately depending on availability. You will receive a tracking number for each shipment.
