Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or error on our part. In such cases, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

6. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, production begins, and cancellation may not be possible.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refunded amount will be credited to your original payment method.
